It's been unseasonably warm and sunny this week, until today, when it was suddenly cold and windy and bleak. Feels kind of appropriate.

A beautiful photo. It's interesting how certain holidays evoke specific memories, like this one-- while other holidays just slide by and I'm in my usual daze.
