So that's two kinds of tea mixed together? I've been up past my bedtime two nights in a row (because N has and I sometimes can't sleep until I know he's in bed) and double tea seems like a really good idea.
Like the wee little Valentine's Day treats? Is that what's in the tea ball? Or is it cinnamon, straight up?
Either way, genius!
I am MAD for cinnamon because it is a natural way to lower blood sugar. I take cinnamon tablets twice a day and on nearly every cup of coffee or tea I make, I shake cinnamon into it. GO CINNAMON!
